• Use the Service to generate barcodes intended to defraud, deceive, or harm others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service in a way that burdens our infrastructure.

5. Generated Barcodes — Commercial Use

Barcodes generated by our tool may be used for commercial purposes without restriction. However, if your use case requires officially registered EAN, UPC, or other standard codes, you are responsible for obtaining those registrations through the appropriate standards body (e.g. GS1). We generate the visual barcode; we do not register or validate product codes.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or suitability of barcode output for any specific purpose — always test barcodes with your target scanners before deploying at scale.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Barcode-Generator.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict access to the Service if we believe a user is in violation of these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, automated scraping or abuse of the tool.
